Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Columbus, OH finance team in a full-time role. You will oversee accounting functions, assist in month-end close, prepare journal entries, and support balance sheet reconciliations and reporting.

Qualifications include a four-year degree in accounting, prior accounting experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with accounting software is a plus; familiarity with multi-company accounting is ideal.

• Microsoft Suite experience (incl. Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Staff Accountants and oversee accounting functions.
• Accurate processing of multi-company payable information into the accounting system.
