A leading FinTech company based in NYC is seeking a Lead Account Manager to foster relationships with property management companies and drive revenue growth through product adoption. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in account management, sales, and excellent interpersonal skills. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days a week and offers a competitive salary in the range of $140,000 to $160,000.

About the role
As a Lead, Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving meaningful revenue growth and product adoption among our largest and most strategic property management company (PMC) partners. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring these enterprise partners maximize their use of the Flex product suite, while fostering long-term relationships that fuel our mutual success.
You will be the trusted advisor for PMCs, shaping how they experience Flex and helping them unlock the full value of our product. By leveraging your strategic account management expertise, you will identify opportunities to expand Flex’s footprint within each partner’s portfolio and deepen engagement. Your ability to understand the unique needs of each partner and customize solutions with cross-functional support teams will directly contribute to our revenue retention and growth.

This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission earning role with an OTE (On Target Earnings) of $140,000-$160,000.
