The Lead Account Executive serves as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned clients, acting as the key liaison between client stakeholders and Assurant’s cross-functional support teams. As an individual contributor, this role is responsible for managing a portfolio of MSO client programs, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and long‑term account growth.
Working closely with client leaders, the Lead Account Executive develops and executes strategic annual account plans, while coordinating day‑to‑day activities that strengthen partnerships, maximize program performance, and identify opportunities for expansion. This role proactively aligns internal resources and client objectives, drives issue resolution, and advocates for solutions that deliver measurable value to both clients and Assurant.
Success in this position requires strong relationship management, business acumen, and collaboration skills, with a focus on fostering trust, driving results, and contributing to the continued growth and success of key client accounts.
