Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Mississippi seeks a capable Lead Construction Supervisor to oversee daily crew activities and production in line with project timelines and safety standards.

You will train crew members, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure accurate reporting of quantities, productivity, and time. The role requires strong communication, safety focus, and the ability to work with multiple crafts on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to plan and supervise crews safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including quantities, productivity, time sheets and daily reports.
• May assist in developing a weekly schedule and sequence of activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while maintaining quality.
• Maintain crew safety; conduct toolbox talks and communicate plans and safety concerns.
• Monitor compliance with company policies by all on-site personnel.
