LEARN Behavioral is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You will help build communication, confidence, and independence through play and structured therapy, with paid training and clear growth paths.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a supportive team, ongoing training, and advancement opportunities within the LEARN network nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT required before working with clients (no grace period): Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina
• RBT required within 90 days of hire: Maryland, Northern California, New Mexico, Virginia
• RBT required for candidates without a bachelor's degree: Massachusetts, New Hampshire

Responsibilities
