Job summary

Chapel-Romanoff Technologies, LLC is seeking a Lead A/V Technician in Dayton, OH to join our on-site team. You will read AV drawings, install and support AV systems, and ensure quality control throughout projects. A strong background in displays, projectors, and networked AV gear is required.

We offer excellent benefits, paid health insurance (no cost to you), and a retirement plan. Must have at least 5 years of experience and relevant AVXIA/BICSI certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in AV/IT environments.
• Industry certifications (AVIXA, BICSI) a plus.
• Experience installing displays, projectors, and controllers.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret AV drawings, schematics, and plans.
• Install and support audiovisual equipment for presentations and building systems.
• Perform cable installation, termination, rack configuration, device programming, and QC.
• Maintain system documentation during installation.
• Assist with programming, testing, and checkout.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project.
