Petco is seeking Hospital Medical Leaders or Associate Veterinarians to build something different from day one. You’ll hire and mentor your team, shape medical standards, and lead a hospital where exceptional medicine always comes first.

We’ll handle payroll, HR, operations, licensing, and administrative support, so you can focus on patients, your team, and high-quality care. Flexible full- or part-time options exist within a collaborative network.

Qualifications

• You’re passionate about practicing high-quality medicine.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent from AVMA-accredited school.
• Comfortable performing anesthesia and routine surgeries.
• Able to lead and develop hospital teams.
