Textron Aviation in Mesa, AZ seeks an experienced A&P Mechanic Lead (5th Shift) to perform licensed maintenance, repairs, and overhaul on Textron Aviation aircraft at the Mesa Service Center.

The role requires strong knowledge of jet and turboprop systems and leadership of a small team. You will diagnose, disassemble/reassemble, and implement repairs while maintaining accurate logs and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• A&P License is required.
• In lieu of A&P license must have DD214 form for review and potential certification.

Responsabilités

• Performs licensed A&P mechanic work including repairs, maintenance, overhaul, modifications, and troubleshooting on Textron Aviation aircraft.
• Diagnoses malfunctions and disassembles/reassembles to prepare aircraft for flight and delivery to customers.
• Checks, corrects, or replaces complex assemblies, systems, landing gear, air conditioning, pressurization, turbocharges, and optional equipment installations.
• Repairs or replaces engine components and accessory items (carburetors, fuel control units, fuel injection systems, pumps, pumps, hydraulic and vacuum pumps).
• Performs inspection procedures per FAR 43 and may perform flight observation to troubleshoot in-shop repairs.
• Guides and trains three or more technicians; communicates daily status to leadership.
