Qualifications

• Airframe and Power Plant license required.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and aircraft systems.
• Experience reading blueprints and repair manuals (MM/IPC/SRM).

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor daily task assignments.
• Ensure mechanics maintain current training status.
• Perform quality control checks on completed work.
• Report aircraft status and man-hour utilization to Line Manager.
• Maintain accurate paperwork for aircraft and components.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain aircraft in accordance with safety and reliability standards.
• Operate additional duties as assigned.
• Heavy physical effort required on occasion.
• Follow maintenance manual policies and procedures.
• Maintain focus on safety and reliability.
