Lead A&P Mechanic – Corporate Aviation | $40–$50/hr | Full-Time | Wichita, KS

Join Moser Aviation, LLC as a Lead A&P Mechanic at our scheduled maintenance hangar in Wichita, KS. We operate Part 135 charter services with a fleet of turbine-powered corporate aircraft. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, are skilled in maintenance software and spreadsheets, and enjoy hands-on problem-solving, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbine corporate aircraft
  • Troubleshoot and repair airframe components, engines, and electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Perform structural airframe repairs and STC installations
  • Log all maintenance accurately per FAA and company requirements
  • Ensure compliance with company, FAA, and manufacturer standards
  • Supervise and mentor junior mechanics
  • Respond to AOG events and occasionally travel to off-site repair locations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Valid A&P license
  • 3+ years of corporate aviation maintenance experience
  • Experience with Beechjet 400A / Hawker 400XP; Nextant 400XT(i) is a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with electronic maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Traxxall)
  • Ability to relocate to or reside near Wichita, KS
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work in small, enclosed spaces
Military Veterans
  • Honorably discharged with 3+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
