LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Lead A&P Mechanics with commercial line maintenance experience for an opportunity in Marana, AZ.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead A&P Mechanics will maintain, inspect, repair, modify, overhaul, and troubleshoot commercial aircraft in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures, and requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of commercial MRO experience, including lead or managerial roles.
• Current A&P license required (with at least 6 months of documented experience within the last 2 years).
• Must possess the minimum required tools.
• Willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by management.
• Willing to work any shift and overtime as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
