DJ's Landscape Management in Hastings, MN is seeking a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a team of landscape professionals in daily maintenance tasks for commercial clients.

This hands-on role requires directing crews, preparing and driving company equipment, and delivering high-quality work while ensuring safety and efficiency. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional landscaping experience in the green industry and/or supervisory experience preferred for Crew Leader.
• Requires a Driver's license (or ability to obtain one) and a smart phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills and desire to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct crews to ensure quality work in landscaping maintenance for commercial clients.
