What We're Looking For

Experience: Strong B-Level to A-Level capabilities with 5+ years of hands-on, in-shop experience.

Diagnostic Mastery: Confident navigating check engine lights, complex electrical, scope usage, and network communication issues.

Efficiency & Pride: High-output mentality, commitment to fixing it right the first time, and a strong work ethic.

Certifications: ASE certifications are a strong plus, but proven hands-on diagnostic capability and productivity are king.
