• Organizing and working with other middle school coaches to create structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Communicating expectations and pertinent information clearly with players and parents.
• Overseeing and supporting the assistant coach on staff.
• Demonstrating passion and commitment to building a basketball program aligned from 3rd–12th grade.
• Modeling and instilling our core values of commitment, effort, and teamwork in all aspects of the program.
• Being a positive team player who values contributing to and strengthening the Abilene Boys Basketball program.
