Job summary

You will assess progress, adapt methods, collaborate with fellow teachers, staff and families, implement PBIS, and use technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning. A Texas teaching certificate and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate or license.
• ESL endorsement preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TEKS-aligned instruction for the assigned content and grade level.
• Create welcoming, inclusive classroom environments for diverse learners.
• Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success.
• Implement PBIS and other behavior management strategies.
• Interpret and explain student data and progress monitoring.
