Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is hiring a Senior Associate, Creative Services Project Manager (Graphics) to oversee the day-to-day flow of creative deliverables across campaigns. This onsite, US-wide role reports to the Lead Project Manager of Creative Services and coordinates with marketing, engineering and executive teams to ensure on-time, on-brand outputs.

The ideal candidate has a Masters in a relevant field, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Masters degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating with segment marketing and strategic communications, programs, engineering and executive management
• Support the management of enterprise-wide creative deliverables and campaigns from start to completion
• Collaborate with enterprise-wide functional teams to develop and shape ideas into visual designs that promote L3Harris’ as a trusted partner in the Aerospace and Defense business
• Assist in the development of enterprise-level advertising campaigns
• Review all creative materials to ensure alignment with strategic partners and stakeholders
• Perform benchmarking exercises; identify and test new trends and tactics
• Ensure all creative projects adhere to enterprise-wide brand standards
• Collect, analyze and report creative metrics through project management tools
• Collaborate with cross‑functional communications partners to execute integrated campaigns
• Carry out additional activities as assigned by management
