Job Details:
- Position: Lead Reprocessing / Coordinador de línea
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee assigned line or area to maintain overall productivity.
- Assist in case of absenteeism and perform all jobs within the department as assigned.
- Help train new hires and assist in record keeping for the area.
- Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and perform other duties as assigned.
- Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching; work in hot, damp environments with slippery surfaces.
- Skills: Good communication, product-minded, safety conscious, ability to read and write for paperwork, teamwork, ability to meet and maintain standards.
- Language: Bilingual skills preferred for some roles.
Rehire Consideration:
- Maximum of two (2) previous Tyson employments considered for hire.
- 180 days (6 months) waiting period between employments.

- Work shift: 1st Shift (United States of America).
