Job description

Job Details:

1. Position: Lead Reprocessing / Coordinador de línea
2. Responsibilities:
   • Oversee assigned line or area to maintain overall productivity.
   • Assist in case of absenteeism and perform all jobs within the department as assigned.
   • Help train new hires and assist in record keeping for the area.
   • Conduct periodic Quality Control checks and perform other duties as assigned.
3. Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching; work in hot, damp environments with slippery surfaces.
4. Skills: Good communication, product-minded, safety conscious, ability to read and write for paperwork, teamwork, ability to meet and maintain standards.
5. Language: Bilingual skills preferred for some roles.

Rehire Consideration:

• Maximum of two (2) previous Tyson employments considered for hire.
• 180 days (6 months) waiting period between employments.
