Sounds Good Mobile in Flagstaff is seeking an Install Manager to ensure quality installations and uphold our high standards for every project. You will lead hands-on installations and supervise technicians to ensure accuracy and safety.

You will mentor installers, provide ongoing training, coordinate with Sales for seamless handoffs, manage supplies and schedules, participate in store management meetings, and drive continuous improvement while upholding integrity, teamwork, and exceptional

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in car audio installation, automotive electronics, or related field.
• Must be organized and a self-starter, able to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Possession of own tools and a clean driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance to ensure installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Mentor and train installers on installation best practices, product knowledge, and customer escalations.
• Perform hands-on installations and provide sales support during client engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives for smooth handoffs between sales and installation processes.
