Crutchfield in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a 12-volt A/V Technician Manager to oversee installation operations of our 12-volt products in customer vehicles, combining technical expertise, leadership, and customer service. You’ll lead a team of installation technicians, ensure quality workmanship, coordinate with inventory, and implement improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This full-time role follows 8:45 AM–6:00 PM, Sundays off and alternating Saturdays off, with base

Qualifications

• Knowledge of 12-volt systems and automotive electronics.
• Fiberglass and woodworking fabrication is a plus.
• Leadership mindset and ability to inspire others to perform to the best of their ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install 12-volt accessories in customer vehicles.
• Oversee installation processes for quality workmanship and safety.
• Lead and train a team of installation technicians.
• Maintain quality control to meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Interact with customers regarding appointments and concerns.
• Coordinate with inventory to ensure material availability.
