Enerpac Tool Group is seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and manage material handling in a manufacturing setting. You will supervise staff, implement inventory controls, and collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
The role requires 3+ years in distribution/warehousing, lead experience, and strong knowledge of WMS (Oracle). A forklift certification is preferred.

Supervises the daily activities of the indirect material handler and spider. Train the staff personnel and supervise their work to ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, policies, deadlines, also helps in resolving any issues. Responsible for evaluating the performance of the employees.
Monday – Friday
Employee will lift 1-50 pounds intermittently and may have to lift documents/work materials up to 70 pounds (assisted lift) in weight. Employee will have to be able to walk, bend and lift for a significant portion of the role. Employee will need manual (hand) dexterity to assemble/repair small parts for long periods of time. Employee will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.
Employee will be in a manufacturing environment where they may work near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to electrical shock and vibration. Employee will be exposed to elevated levels of noise on the plant floor.
