Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of process experience in the mining industry preferred.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate Company vehicles.
• Excellent attendance record and ability to work with others safely.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and math skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate process circuits and equipment including pumps and leak detection systems.
• Fuse pipe using McElroy fusion machines.
• Maintain leach pads, evaporation systems, valves, and emitters.
• Assist process maintenance as needed.
• Communicate with maintenance and mine operations to meet targets safely.
• Perform daily safety, environmental, and regulatory inspections.
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.
