What will I be doing?
As a Restaurant Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and escorting them to their seats, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and contributing to the hotel's financial profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Welcoming guests and understanding their dining needs
• Seating guests and managing the seating chart
• Monitoring restaurant activity to optimize seating and flow
• Performing opening and closing duties as needed
• Assisting with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware
• Maintaining knowledge of the menu
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations
