Job summary

JF Petroleum Group in United States (Arizona) is seeking an accountable operations coordinator to help manage DPLEAK logs, verify affiliate video uploads, and oversee testing certifications. You will work closely with LDT Operations to improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

The role includes maintaining logs, coordinating with affiliate administration on test results and certifications, and assisting with billing preparation while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Petroleum industry preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Appreciate the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols.
• High personal commitment to delivering quality service.
• Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills
• Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
• Physical Requirements: Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations to maintain DPLEAK logs and verify video uploads.
• Issue certifications to affiliates and coordinate testing requirements across stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with established DPLEAK protocols and procedures and coordinate with licensing for state requirements.
• Support billing preparation and assist with billing as needed to ensure timely, accurate processing.

Description

This position collaborates with LDT Operations to increase efficiency within the organization and ensure accuracy of:

• DPLEAK job logs and licensed affiliate video uploads
• Reviews job logs and videos for accuracy
• Corresponds with affiliate administration on test results and certifications
• Issues certifications to affiliates
• Ensure affiliates comply with established DPLEAK protocols and procedures
• Maintain SPO log and coordinate completed jobs with operations and billing to ensure that billing gets completed in timely and consistent fashion
• Assist with billing prep and billing as need arises and your primary function allows
• Tester and inspector certifications at the state level
• Works with the LDT management to establish state specific testing requirements and collaborates with licensing to ensure LDT maintains state and individual licensing.
• Works with individual testers and operations to ensure testers achieve and maintain State, ICC, PEI and manufacturers training and certification
• Vairrko training documentation (JF training portal)
• Vairrko lead for LDT, collaborates with JF training management to ensure that all field testers/techs fully utilize Vairrko and upload certifications
• Assist with obtaining and uploading new tester certifications and showing testers Vairrko functionality
