Job summary

JF Petroleum Group is seeking a detail-oriented team member to support LDT Operations in improving accuracy of DPLEAK job logs, affiliate video uploads, and test results. This role collaborates with licensing and management to ensure certifications are issued and testing requirements are met.

You will assist with billing preparation, ensure timely billing, and help coordinate field testers' certifications. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a commitment to safety are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Petroleum industry preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Appreciate the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols.
• High personal commitment to delivering quality service.
• Troubleshooting skills/logical problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR if driving for the company.
• Physical requirements: ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with LDT Operations to increase efficiency and accuracy of DPLEAK job logs and affiliate video uploads.
• Reviews job logs and videos for accuracy and ensures certifications are issued to affiliates.
• Coordinates with affiliate administration on test results and certifications and maintains the SPO log.
• Assist with billing prep and billing as need arises and your primary function allows.
• Works with management to establish state-specific testing requirements and ensure licensing compliance.
