Job summary

Onterris is seeking an LDAR Field Technician to perform inspections on oil and gas facilities, identifying hydrocarbon leaks and vents with calibrated detection equipment. You will collect emission data, compile field reports, and operate under the guidance of a team lead.

The ideal candidate has LDAR experience, strong computer skills, and can work 12-hour day shifts outdoors in all weather. An engineering tech degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oil and Gas industry preferred, especially natural gas processing/transmission facilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; comfortable with Android OS.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (days).
• Mechanical background or related technical degree/diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify hydrocarbon gas leaks and vents on various facilities.
• Calibrate and maintain detection equipment under supervision.
• Collect and record emission data; prepare field reports as required.
