The Client Project Manager position will be responsible for budgeting, documentation completeness and accuracy, database management, compliance tracking and reporting, quality control, improvement and client assistance.The compensation range for this role is $80-85k per annum. Commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.To thrive in this role, you’ll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:Operate and maintain LDAR equipmentWrite and/or assist in the submittal of monitoring reportsCoordinate all aspects of client projects, including, but not limited to, method research, equipment procurement and rental, travel arrangements, logistics, SOP generation and implementation, and regulatory agency interaction and coordinationEstablish, oversee, and manage project deadlines, in addition to effectively communicating updates to clients and team membersMaintain excellent client relationships through effective communication and customer service skillsYour Expertise and SkillsThese requirements reflect the knowledge, skills and abilities that help you do your best work here.Manage project compliance and customer service of LDAR program and safety program.Act as MAQS representative and client liaison as LDAR program managerResponsible for overall quality and improvement of the LDAR programResponsible for ensuring skill development of employeesPerform all duties with integrity, safety and a professional mentalityPromote a positive work/team environmentDrive and implement solutions for all program deficiencies and improvementsReport all non-conforming work and assist during RCA investigations and Corrective ActionConduct safety assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Safety Assessment ScheduleConduct qa/qc assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Quality Assessment ScheduleConduct Operational assessments as outlined in the MAQS LDAR Operational Assessment ScheduleReview with client routinely on customer service needs and improvementsManage all financial budgeting and tracking of project costsReview all time and project expenses for completeness and accuracy and approve or deny timelyPrepare invoice requests routinely and timelyConduct bid walks and prepare cost estimates and proposalsWork Environment and Physical RequirementsAbility to walk and/or stand while handling/carrying various technical equipment for extended periods of timeFlexibility to work weekends and after hours if necessaryComfortable occasionally working at heights in a safe mannerAbility to lift 50lbs unassistedComfortable working outside in all-weather elementsAbility to climb ladders and stairsAbility to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check#INDMEGOnterris is a leading global environmental solutions company partnering with organizations to solve complex challenges where environmental pressures, regulatory expectations and operational risks intersect.
