Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking candidates for a distribution/learning delivery support role in Reno, NV. Anticipated hourly range is $22.30–$28.80 per hour, with a full benefits package and bonus eligibility noted as No.

The work schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, and the role emphasizes learning support, training delivery, and operations alignment with business strategies. Responsibilities include applying policies, maintaining licenses, handling moderately difficult

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with technologies like computers, Excel or POS systems is a plus.

The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

What Learning Development And Delivery Contributes To Cardinal Health

Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third-parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning.

Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply, and manufacturing planning. Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc.
