KBR is seeking a Sous Chef for a temporary position from May 25th to August 2024 based in Fort Knox, Kentucky. You'll be expected to commit to a minimum of 70 hours per week, demonstrating your dedication and passion for the culinary arts.
As a Sous Chef, you will oversee military kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory management. You will lead kitchen staff, ensuring standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities may include employee scheduling and training, requiring strong organizational and leadership skills. You will also develop innovative culinary creations, showcasing creativity and adaptability in culinary planning and execution.
