The Position:
The LCU/HVAC Electrical Engineer at Sungrow North America’s Training Center is responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs covering Sungrow’s Liquid Cooling Unit (LCU), HVAC, ESS, PCS, and inverter technologies. This role ensures service engineers, vendor partners, and customers gain a clear understanding of system design, operation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Working closely with Product Engineering, R&D, and Service teams, the engineer develops technical documentation, maintains training materials, supports hands‑on demonstrations, and continuously improves training programs to promote safe, reliable, and efficient field operations.

For candidates in the states of California, Colorado, New York and Washington, the anticipated annual base salary for this role is between $87,000 - $110,000 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The base salary offered is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, location, or other factors related to the role.
