Job summary

TrustPoint Hospital is seeking an LCSW Therapist to diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders in adults, adolescents, or geriatric populations. You will conduct psychosocial assessments and deliver individual, group, or family therapy within inpatient or outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other recognized therapeutic field required.
• Two or more years’ experience as a therapist with one or more years’ experience with the specific population of the facility required.
• State or national licensure for professional therapy providers required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat mental and emotional disorders.
• Conduct psychosocial assessment and develop an initial discharge plan.
• Provide individual, group or family therapy sessions.
• Maintain therapy documentation per standards and caseload.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate services.
