Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPCC) to provide telehealth and in-person clinical services across all ages. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, individual/family/group therapies, and develop treatment plans with patient and family involvement.

The role requires a Master's in social work or counselling and licensure as LCSW; knowledge of CBT concepts and current theoretical approaches is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counselling required.
• Licensure as LCSW required.
• Knowledge of current counseling approaches and CBT concepts required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and clinical services.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapies.
• Develop and reassess patient treatment plans with patient/family involvement.
• If outpatient and privileged, perform initial patient assessments.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and data interpretation.
• May provide clinical supervision if qualified; maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Summary

Job Description:

Behavioral HealthLicensed Therapist - LCSW or LPCC

Provides clinical services including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies that meet the established standards of care and standards of practice. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans appropriately. If assigned to Outpatient Behavioral Health and independently privileged, may provide for initial patient assessment. Participates in performance improvement activities and assists in the interpretation of performance improvement data. If qualified, may provide clinical supervision. Expected to participate in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical conduct.

Therapist will see all ages via telehealth and in-person visits.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters degree in social work or counselling and licensure as clinical social worker (LCSW).
• Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
• Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
• Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field
