Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking licensed therapists in Washington state to join our outpatient offices. Positions offer a hybrid schedule with both office and telehealth options, competitive and uncapped earning potential, and a sign-on bonus.

We welcome LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW licensees with experience in adult and/or child/adolescent therapy and ability to provide individual or couples therapy. W2 employment and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State (WA).
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Experience providing individual and/or couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults, children, and adolescents as part of outpatient services.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy within a collaborative clinical team.
• Participate in treatment planning and ongoing patient care coordination.
