Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Washington State as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW.
• Experience with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
• Ability to provide individual and/or couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or couples therapy to adults and/or youth as needed.
• Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary LifeStance team to support patient care.
