Job summary

The therapist will provide counseling services, develop case plans, and maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients. Candidates must possess an LCSW license and excellent communication skills, with a $1,500 signing bonus available for bilingual applicants. Qualifications

• LCSW license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of Social Work Code of Ethics required.
• Experience working in a clinical setting.
• Computer skills; familiarity with JFS web-based electronic health record.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or credential to accept third party payers may qualify for a $1,500 signing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a counseling client caseload, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Attend and participate in weekly clinical staff meetings.
• Refer clients to updated community resources.
• Maintain a high standard of record-keeping according to state laws and JFS policies.
• Other duties as assigned by the Chief Clinical Officer.
