Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Oklahoma City, OK, with a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours per week.

Compensation up to $100,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities; full‑time clinicians receive health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, PTO and other benefits, with administrative support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed LCSW in Oklahoma.
• Availability to provide a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating diverse clients including couples and children.
• Proficient with modern clinical technology including telehealth and EHR tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to clients via telehealth and in‑person sessions.
• Deliver services to Thriveworks clients across the country.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in clinical community initiatives.
