Qualifications

We are Ellie Denver West: an outpatient therapy clinic in Denver West dedicated to providing excellent mental health services to our community and supporting one another while doing so. We are looking for licensed clinicians who are passionate not only about serving clients creatively and authentically but also about contributing to a work environment they are excited to call their work home.

As a clinician within our clinic, you’ll partner with us and co-lead our mission by:

  1. Providing excellent and individualized care to community members in search of mental health support
  2. Building and cultivating a culture of purpose, authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination
  3. Collaborating to ensure our clinic is truly accessible, effective, and well-regarded in our community

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Full-time clinicians are expected to conduct 25 hours of client sessions per week (individual, group, couple, or family).
  2. Create and implement treatment plans, complete necessary documentation within 48 hours of service, participate in supervision and consultation as needed.
  3. Coordinate services as needed with other internal and external providers.
  4. Provide weekly or biweekly supervision to 2-3 LSWs/SWCs including case consultation, note review within 5 business days of session, and case conceptualization.
  5. Attend and participate in all staff meetings and trainings.
  6. Participate in outreach efforts as needed.
  7. Identify innovative ways to fill need gaps and best serve our community.
  8. Collaborate with leadership to meet company and individual goals.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Completed Master's degree.
  2. Registered with DORA as an LCSW or above.
  3. Experience with completing clinical documentation.
  4. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Experience and willingness to work collaboratively and creatively to meet necessary deadlines.
  6. Comfort and familiarity working with clients with a diverse range of concerns.
  7. Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!).
  8. Ability to pass a background check.
  9. Comfort with the natural ambiguity and excitement of a start-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience (lived or professional) with historically marginalized communities (e.g. BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, etc.).
  2. Experience working in community, group, or private practice mental health.
  3. Multi-lingual.
  4. Current community involvement.
  5. Identify as a creative interventionist.

Compensation & Benefits:

  1. Hourly pay to compensate all of your time.
  2. Healthcare benefits.
  3. Paid time off (equivalent to 12 days Vacation, 5 days Sick time, and 6 holidays annually).
  4. 20 hours of paid continuing education time + access to continuing ed + annual continuing ed stipend.
