Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for full-time support in Behavioral Health at the 325th Medical Group, Tyndall AFB, Panama City, FL. The role emphasizes psychosocial assessments, counseling, and coordinated referrals within a military healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently.
• AHA/ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and families.
• Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, groups, couples, and families.
• Coordinate referrals to community and government services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Provide consultation to staff on psychosocial issues and health care compliance.
