Job summary

J. Morrissey & Company is seeking an LCSW/LPC to join an outpatient mental health group practice as an independent contractor. You will provide 1:1 counseling across diverse age groups and diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, stress/PTSD, and teen/college student counseling.

Choose your schedule with a minimum of 15 hours per week; options include remote, hybrid, or on-site work. Compensation is $50.00 per regular session with a quarterly productivity bonus, plus a sign-on bonus at 6 months.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license in CT.
• Ability to provide 1:1 therapy for diverse age groups.
• Independent contractor status with ability to set own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions (minimum 15 hours per week).
• Counsel clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and related issues.
• Offer therapy across remote, hybrid, or on-site settings as chosen by the clinician.

Independent Contractor Provide 1:1 Counseling for a variety of age groups and diagnoses.
