Job summary

Brightside Health in the United States is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. You will build a flexible private practice with strong clinical and operational support.

We provide malpractice coverage, free CEUs, CAMS training, and a built-in referral network. Work 9 hours minimum per week, set your own schedule, and join a supportive clinical community.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy
• Multi-state licensure a strong plus

About the Role

We are hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Therapists also have the opportunity to opt into specialized care tracks including Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days

• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred

• Multi-state licensure a strong plus
