We are expanding and seeking a talented and experienced LPC/LCSW/LSATP (Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner) for our Intensive Outpatient Program.

The IOP Program Coordinator is responsible for delivering Intensive Outpatient Services, including individual, group, and family counseling, skill building, psycho-educational services, clinical documentation, and crisis intervention. The role requires on-call services as needed and reports directly to the Clinical Director.

Hours: 20 hours per week (2.5 days)

Minimum Qualifications:

• LPC/LCSW/LSATP License
• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Experience with clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Proficiency in evidence-based addiction treatments (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT for SUDs)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a trauma-informed approach
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in addiction counseling or treatment (e.g., CADC, MAC)
• Experience in group therapy and psychoeducation in addiction settings
• Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) protocols
• Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations
