Job summary

Harbor Behavioral Health is hiring a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for our Lexington program. This full-time, on-site role involves leading groups, conducting intakes, and managing the clinical records for adults with serious mental health needs.

You'll work with Peer Support Specialists and site leadership to deliver collaborative care. A Kentucky LCSW license is required, with an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Kentucky LCSW license.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Comfort using AI tools in daily work (drafting, organizing, summarizing).
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups and spend real time with clients at the program.
• Do intakes, including visits to personal care homes where clients live.
• Own the clinical side of each client's record: assessments, treatment plans, documentation, prior authorizations and renewals, and calls with insurance reviewers.
• Work alongside Peer Support Specialists and site leadership; coordinate with Harbor's owner.
• Use note checker and AI tools to speed up paperwork.
