Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program.
• Active Kentucky CSW license in good standing.
• Credentialing with Kentucky Medicaid/MCOs or able to start credentialing.
• Comfort using AI tools at intermediate to proficient level.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
