Job summary
BrightSpring Health Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Santa Barbara, California. You will provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to support patients through recovery, using a flexible schedule while receiving reimbursement for travel and educational programs. Responsibilities include evaluations, care coordination, and resource identification to assist patients and families. A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and licensing in California are required, along with one year of relevant experience.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injuries or spinal cord injuries.
Current BLS First Aid and CPR certification required.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and move/transfers of patients up to 100 pounds.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations assessing social and emotional needs of patients.
Set measurable objectives in conjunction with the rehab team.
Participate in care coordination activities.
