Job summary

Sol Recovery Community, Inc. is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) for full-time or part-time roles.

The team focuses on treating individuals, couples, and families affected by substance use and domestic violence, with oversight responsibilities for provisionally licensed clinicians. The role involves direct clinical services, program development for the Intensive Outpatient Program, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid LCSW license + 2 years of experience as a licensed clinician.
• Experience in substance abuse and domestic violence counseling preferred.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations.
• Basic computer skills.

Compensation

$85,000-$100,000 annually for full-time employment, depending on experience and supervisory responsibilities. Part-time compensation: $40-$48 per hour worked. Benefits eligibility depends on scheduled hours.
