Job summary

Griffin Hospital is seeking a Psychiatric Social Worker to provide comprehensive psychiatric/mental health services in an intensive outpatient program setting. The role applies advanced clinical practice, theory, and evidence-based approaches to support patients.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with 1–2 evenings until 7 pm. Local travel between Derby and Shelton sites is required, and LMSW is required with LCSW preferred.

Qualifications

• LMSW required; LCSW preferred.
• Experience with group therapy and co-occurring disorders preferred.
• Masters level clinician with specialization in psychiatric social work.
