Job summary

UltaCare Medical in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to provide psychotherapy to nursing home residents.

In this on-site role, you will focus on talk therapy while UltaCare handles billing, credentialing, insurance and other admin tasks, letting you concentrate on delivering care. Flexible Monday–Friday hours and a strong benefits package support you.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in social work from an accredited university.
• Active LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience with geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to nursing home residents.
• Document visit notes within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate care.
• Maintain compassionate, patient-centered care.
