Job summary

Thriveworks Counseling is seeking individuals pursuing New Jersey State Licensure as a LCSW in Toms River, NJ. This is a fee-for-service opportunity with a structured path, including guaranteed pay and bonus opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits.

We offer full-time availability (30 hours/week; ~25 client visits with 5 hours admin) and a hybrid work model (50% in office, 50% remote) after a probationary period. A supportive team, supervision, and professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Board-approved Licensed Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience with depression and anxiety in a counseling setting.
• Experience conducting intakes and DSM diagnoses under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week, ~25 client visits, 5 hours admin).
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office; hybrid work (50% in-office, 50% remote).
