Thriveworks Counseling in Red Bank, NJ is seeking individuals pursuing New Jersey State Licensure as a LCSW. The role offers a hybrid work model and a full-time schedule with a 30-hour work week and 25 client visits plus 5 hours admin time.

Flexible hours are available across 7am-10pm, seven days a week. The compensation range is listed as $45,000 - $65,000 for a fee-for-service model, with paid orientation, supervision, benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Must have completed a 60-credit hour program and be board-approved as a Licensed Social Worker.
• Experience in counseling settings treating depression and anxiety is required.
• Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing under supervision.
• Ability to work in person and in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week).
• Hybrid work model (50% in office, 50% remote) after probation.
• Provide clinical services and supervision support as part of the team.
