Job summary

Maryland Psychiatric Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate, licensed LCSW-C to join our growing behavioral health team serving clients across Maryland. This clinician will provide individual, family, and/or group therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments and treatment planning, and maintain timely documentation.

Collaboration with psychiatric providers and the care team is essential as we deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license (required)
• Experience in outpatient mental health preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
