In this role, you will:

• Supervise Substance Use Counselors bi-monthly, aligning with agency goals.
• Conduct monthly chart audits, ensuring timely, accurate paperwork.
• Observe clinical practices and provide crisis intervention.
• Coordinate SAC training and annual evaluations with growth plans.
• Manage staff schedules and oversee chart audit corrections.
• Approve counselors’ Learning Contracts and weekly package reviews.
• Adhere to Outreach Project’s ethical policies, participate in family events.
• Track monthly MetroCard inventory.

We require:

• LCSW & Advanced CASAC
• Experience in residential program management
• Experience working with adolescents and families
• Experience in addiction treatment settings
• Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse interdisciplinary team
• Action-oriented, adaptable, and innovative approach to program planning
• Ability to work three evenings per week
